Detailed honeycomb texture on a beautiful little golden band.
Materials - You’ve got two options: 14k Solid gold or the thickest gold-plated jewelry money can buy
Gold plating is measured in microns. Most brands' plating is between 0.5 - 1.0 microns thick. Our non solid gold pieces are gold vermeil, which means at minimum we're using 2.0+ microns.
Our pieces use at least 100% more gold than industry average!
“It should be called chunky plating” - Multi-time Little Gold customer
Due to our high gold % our pieces are tarnish resistant and waterproof
Because we use only solid gold or extra-thick vermeil (with at least twice the gold content of most jewelry), our pieces naturally resist tarnishing and are safe to wear in water. That means you can swim, sweat, and shower without worry!
Your skin might love Little Gold even more than your eyes do
Crafted exclusively in solid gold or gold vermeil, our pieces avoid common irritants like nickel, lead, cadmium, and zinc alloys. So if you have delicate skin, you’ve come to the right place.
Shop with confidence because we’ve got a 100% Craftsmanship Guarantee
If your product breaks or tarnishes within 1 year of purchase, we'll make it right. No questions asked. Additionally, pieces can be exchanged or returned for a refund/store credit within 14 days of delivery date.

I've been designing jewelry for more than 15 years now. When you wear Little Gold, know the piece was hand carved on Vancouver Island!

Hi, I’m Steph!
I'm the owner, designer and maker behind Little Gold!

Little Gold started in 2013 in a tiny glassed-in kiosk, curating beautiful jewelry lines by incredibly talented designers.
The next year, we moved to our very own beautiful retail space in downtown Victoria, right in the heart of it all, and I started my own jewelry line as our in-house collection.

After several wonderful years, I knew in my heart I wanted to go in a different direction.
I loved the shop but my heart has always been in creating - it was time to shift focus to Little Gold as my own jewelry line; crafting pieces with my own hands and telling my story.
So, we took the business online!
I hand-sculpt each piece in jeweler's wax, using a variety of techniques and tools.

The wax sculptures are then sent to a casting house, where they're cast into silver or gold.
Using a mix of modern and ancient techniques, each piece is then either hand-finished by me right here in Victoria or gold-plated & finished by the tiny, family-run jewellers (just the 2 of them!) in Jaipur that l've been honoured to work with for over 7 years.
Being solely self-taught, I'm so lucky to have met an incredible community of goldsmiths, engravers, jewellers and small-businesses in Canada that I continue to work with and learn from over the years.
If a piece isn't in my own wheelhouse, I love being able to connect with them to make it happen!
I hand design, pack and ship every order myself

Thank you for shopping local and supporting a small Canadian business 💛
